Delivery Charges
We deliver worldwide and shipping is charged on a flat rate basis and will be automatically calculated at the checkout page as per the shipping address given.
You order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Import duties or customs (if any) are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as custom policies vary from country to country.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge if you need urgent delivery. Please contact us at feedback@farashati.com for an expedited fee schedule.
Refund/Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept any returns, refunds or exchange of goods once sold. However, we are working on this and should bring about a change in our policy soon. Watch this space.
